12/25/05: Put some new screenshots up to show more of the Captain's new game. Merry Christmas to you! Oh, and it's a CHRISTMAS TREE, not a stinkin' "holiday tree" or whatever, you friggin' heathens LOL!
12/17/05: Instead of the general quote, we're going to turn the stage over to our new staff member, Killer the guinea pig!
12/09/05: New game info and screenshots released! Our new game is titled "Captain of the Guard". For all the latest information about it, check out the 'In the works' page.
12/5/05: I put some staff pictures up. Ah, faces only a muddah could love! Also, a new section called "In The Works" is now up. This page lists all public information about whatever new game is currently being developed, which could also mean screenshots (if available.)
11/30/05: Ah, my first entry as an official old fart. That's 31 to you and me, swabbie. I have found Garror, and the new game is in full swing. I'll keep on keepin' on and let anyone who's interested know what's up when the time is right.
11/8/05: No, I'm not dead, Jeebus! I want to give you a brief update for the upcoming game. All I can say is that the bulk of the hard work has been done, and now it's the "fun stuff" I get to do now, like level design, boss monsters, etc. etc. When I have some screenshots worth showing, I'll post them. I believe that the "TBA" section of the page might just be for that purpose in the future, now that I think of it.
10/22/05: In order to stem the tide of the masses clamoring for the latest big thing, we've released a game I made about 3 years ago. In Space Ninja vs the Killer Veggies, you take command of Ninja Bradley on a mission to destroy as many evil space veggies as you can. Includes a top 5 high score save file.
10/9/05: I have counter up now, WOW! Well, at least it's a start, it's just too bad I didn't have it up beforehand, but oh well.
10/8/05: The Great Piggy Escape has had 45 downloads! Not too shabby for a 1st title at 11+ MB!
9/27/05: I had a couple of people tell me that when trying to run the Great Piggy Escape their computer said that the file cncs232.DLL is missing and it wouldn't work. Most people have this on their computers already (and especially the click community) but I put it up on the site in case this happens to you. Just click on the games page, and the file is directly below the screenshot of the Great Piggy Escape.
9/22/05: Well, I took EQV off the games list because quite frankly until I can figure out better ways to compress everything, the file is just too large to be put up here. Even a demo version would still be well over 50MB (original is 80MB). Once I figure it out, I'll put it back up.
9/20/05: The Great Piggy Escape is now available for download! This particular title is going to be free, unless a zillion people want it and then we'll take it from there! It's a rather large file, 11.4MB, and I have a 56k modem so YOU do the math, ack! Please enjoy, if there are any problems or questions please contact us.
9/19/05: Something new is in the works here at DXF games. I can't (or won't! Mwhahaha!) say too much aside from the fact that it's primed up to be a hack n' slash RPG comedy. I've always wanted to try my hand at a good hack n' slash, so I'm pretty psyched about it. Stay tuned for future news on this mysterious game..
9/17/05: Just started messing around with the website, it's really cool to finally have some of our work's previews up! Eventually, downloads will be available. At present, we plan to make a free demo for all versions of our games and the entire versions will be able to be purchased for low, low costs! More to come..
